How many years do the employees work, which skills do they have, and why is it a good place to continuously develop yourself?
I can honestly say that it is a place where the employees have been working for a long time. There is no reason to leave a place, where you are respected and valued. First of all, I am talking about the staff. There is a really friendly atmosphere, team spirit, a desire to work not only for the personal benefit, but also for the Company's common good.
Of course, someone may think that these are just words, but it is enough to work here for several days and understand that it is a really great place for comfortable work.

I have been working here for a long time, approximately 12 years. Before that, I used to work at the company specialized in software development in the medical field. I came here after graduating from the university and, eventually, became a head of WPF Application Development Department. 50% of the iPro customer code is mine. After all those years, I can say that I've learned how to get on with people, as well as how to manage and balance activities. As the department head I've understood that it is really important to reach a compromise, listen to an employee and discuss any issues; you should not impose only your opinion.

I have been working here for almost 6 years. I came here thanks to one of the Сompany's employees. He worked previously as a teacher at the university where I studied. I have been working here since 2015 year. The thing I like about Simcord is that there is the discipline but, at the same time, flexibility in the work schedule. If you need, you can come later, but you should do your working hours.
I know that some companies have strict timeframes regarding the time you come to work and if you are one minute late, you have to work half an hour longer. It is not what I could accept:) That is why, Simcord is a great company, where everyone can find an opportunity for progress :).

I have been working here as a florist for almost 6 years. The story of my coming to Simcord is very interesting))). I worked in the botanic garden, someone from Simcord called there and asked if they had a specialist who could come and look after plants, and left their phone number. I called the secretary and scheduled an interview. Initially, I thought that I would come only for a couple of hours, but it turned out to be the other way. It appeared to be a multi-story building))))))). At that moment, there were only 62 plants, and now we have one thousand plants!!!
We have a good and tidy office. It is a totally different place when compared to the botanic garden. There you potter about the garden and here you are well-dressed and look so good.
I am here 24/7. It is not because I am compelled to work in such a way, but because I like my job.
What I also like in my job is that besides floristry itself, I also deal with design and learn all nuances on how to choose a right and appropriate place where a plant will look great.
The moss wall in our Company is a point of pride for me. It was a really difficult project, but we've managed to realize this idea and now all the employees proudly say that there is a moss wall in the Company:). By the way, it is the Norwegian reindeer moss!

I am a system analyst. I have been working here for 4.5 years. Previously, I had an extensive IT experience – growing from a technical support specialist to a project manager.
I came here to work as a business analyst, and I really liked the opportunity to try myself in a new position because for a project manager it was an obvious career development.
While working for the Company I have learned a lot of things: took courses on business analysis, attended a lot of professional conferences. Now I can say that, according to my skills, I am a competent Middle+ System Analyst.
Taking into account the imposed quality requirements and my understanding of all the processes and internal systems, I can say that I've made a significant progress in my career. For the years I have been working here, our department increased both in terms of quantity (from 3 to 9 members) and in terms of quality (from business to system analysts). By setting requirements we focus deeply on the interaction of internal components and can set, for example, requirements for the server-side of development with the same high quality and level of details as requirements for UI and external functionality. But it is more of a technical part.
What is the secret of such mutual understanding within the team?
I am sure that the secret of our team spirit lies in the fact that good people just can't employ bad ones. I have some experience in interviewing people and remember the situation in which one of the job seekers said: “I take my job in a formal manner. And I can say the same about most of my friends who work as software developers: if I'm offered a higher salary I would quit and move to a more beneficial place of work. There is nothing to keep me here.” And I heard it myself from IT specialists not once that money is their priority. I thought that it was really a prevailing tendency – team, team member relations and interesting projects – all these seemed to play a supplementary role. How surprised I was when I began to communicate with our software developers. Believe it or not, each person working in Simcord is a valuable member of the team without whom it is impossible to achieve our common success. Believe me, it means a lot and never goes unnoticed.
